[Section 8.] - Insurance.

During the term of this Franchise, Franchisee shall obtain and maintain at its sole expense, with financially reputable insurers which are licensed to do business in all jurisdictions where any work is performed, naming the City as additional insured, not less than the following insurance:

Commercial general liability, including coverage for contractual liability and products completed operations liability, with a limit of not less than three million dollars ($3,000,000.00) combined single limit per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage liability, naming the City as an additional insured.
